Bought this for Thanksgiving but had friends over for a potluck brunch, it worked so well and enough surface for four big dishes! Everyone wanted one! Timer turned off as stated. So happy with this purchase. May have to buy a second one!

I can confirm that this is in fact dual voltage - I've tried it on both 110 and 220 voltage, even though it says it is only for 110 volts. It heats up very fast, but the thick silicone doesn't damage my countre top. It's the perfect size - not too big to take up a lot of space, but can hold a lot of food. I'm very happy with it.Note! Read the directions! I origially thought it was broken because pressing the power button did nothing - but you have to hold the power button down for 2 seconds to turn it on and off. Once on, a quick press on the temp button cycles through the different temperature options. It also has a built in timer to have it automatically shut off, after up to 5 hours.I'm really happy with this - it is much better than I expected.

Got this for the upcoming holiday season and from initial testing I can’t seen it being other than as advertised. Sturdy construction and rolls for easy storage in a cabinet until needed.I can see where it might also be handy as a BIG heating pad … but tests have yet to be conducted.
